Community Health and Economic Development Survey

This survey is from RISE St. James, with support from community and advocacy partners, including Earthworks and Concerned Citizens of St. John. RISE St. James is a community-led, faith-based organization in St. James Parish working to protect our health, our air, our water, and our future from harmful industrial pollution.

We want to hear directly from people who live in St. James Parish and St. John the Baptist Parish about your experiences, concerns, and ideas.

Your voices will help us:

  • Show leaders what is really happening in our parishes

  • Push for stronger protections for health and the environment

  • Guide how community resources and programs are developed

Your responses will be combined with others and shared only as group results. We will not report individual answers to anyone, and we will never share raw responses with companies or the government.

Participation is:

  • Voluntary. You may skip any question or stop at any time.

  • Anonymous.

  • Short. About 10 minutes, less than 5 minutes for most people.
